MR. TEAGUE GRADUATED FROM OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE, (NOW OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY) IN 1972. HE ATTENDED OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL, RECEIVING HIS JURIS DOCTORATE (JD) DEGREE IN 1977. WHILE THERE HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE ORDER OF BARRISTERS AND MOOT COURT TEAM. IN 1978 HE RECEIVED THE MASTER OF LAWS (LLM) DEGREE IN TAXATION FROM NEW YORK UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL. HE HELPED ORGANIZE A TAX DEPARTMENT IN THE LEGAL DIVISION FOR CITIES SERVICE CORPORATION IN TULSA, OKLAHOMA FROM 1978 TO 1980. SINCE 1980 HE HAS PRACTICED IN OKLAHOMA CITY AND EDMOND WITH EMPHASIS IN ESTATE PLANNING AND BUSINESS AND PERSONAL TAX PLANNING. HE HAS SPOKEN AT SEMINARS ON ESTATE PLANNING THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
